Take Your Time During Katas
Katas are not about speed, but technique.
You will be judged on crisp techniques and grounded stances, not how quickly you finish.

Study Your Verses
Verses will be asked in a random order. Study hard!

Keep Going
If you mess up on a kata, don't start over. Keep going!
Take mental note on your mistakes, but don't let them ruin your focus.

Remember to Breathe
You probably won't receive your belt if you're purple and unconscious.
